At Holden Granat LLP Chartered Accountants we aim to provide clients with a high quality, personal, efficient and proactive professional service. Our services are tailored to meet clients specific requirements and circumstances, whether personal or business, at the same time ensuring they meet their statutory and other obligations.
 

Our aim is to deliver a service to our clients not by employing large numbers of less qualified staff, but instead by using our own experience to develop a close working relationship with each client. In this way we can ensure that we develop a clear understanding of our clients needs and ensure that they receive the best support and advice. We can also call upon the support of our network of specialist advisers where appropriate.

 

We aim to provide the best possible service, at the right time, and aim continually to exceed our clients expectations.
 

We are based in Walton on Thames, Surrey, with supporting office arrangements in Farnham, Surrey, and most of our clients are based in London and the South East.

 

Regulatory and Contractual Matters

Holden Granat LLP is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to undertake audit work

Joy and Russell Granat each hold Practising Certificates enabling them to practice as Chartered Accountants.

Holden Granat LLP maintains professional indemnity insurance in line with ICAEW requirements.

Under statute we are obliged, as are all practising accountants, to undertake client identity verification processes prior to commencing to act and to report any suspicions of money laundering activities.

The services provided to any client are documented in a formal signed engagement letter, as updated from time to time.

Our charges are based on the amount of time spent on the clients affairs at hourly rates of between 80 and 160 plus applicable VAT, dependent on the scope and complexity of the services provided.
